Welcome to Stake.us. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at us-us-stake.com and any related services provided by Sweepsteaks Limited ("we", "us", or "our").

Stake.us operates as a social casino offering social and sweepstakes gameplay. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY to enter any sweepstakes or win prizes. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Eligibility to Play

To participate in the games and services offered on Stake.us, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet these criteria will result in account closure and forfeiture of any virtual currency.

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of account registration.
• Jurisdiction: You must be a legal resident of the United States. Furthermore, you must be physically located within the US when accessing the platform.
• Restricted Territories: The services are strictly VOID in the states of Washington, Nevada, Idaho, New York, Kentucky, Michigan, and Vermont. If you reside in or are physically located in these states, you may not use the platform.
• Account Limit: You are permitted to open and operate only one (1) account. Opening multiple accounts, even using different email addresses or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited.

2. Virtual Currencies (Gold Coins & Stake Cash)

Stake.us utilizes a dual virtual currency system. It is imperative that users understand the distinction between these two currencies.

2.1 Gold Coins (GC)

Gold Coins are the standard social currency used exclusively for entertainment gameplay on the platform.

• Gold Coins have absolutely no real-world monetary value.
• Gold Coins cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash, real-world prizes, or Stake Cash under any circumstances.
• You can receive Gold Coins for free via daily bonuses, or you may choose to purchase Gold Coin packages.

2.2 Stake Cash (SC)

Stake Cash is our promotional sweepstakes currency.

• Stake Cash CANNOT be purchased directly. It is only acquired for free via Alternative Methods of Entry (AMOE), such as a complimentary bonus alongside certain Gold Coin purchases, daily login rewards, or via mail-in requests.
• When you use Stake Cash to play games, any resulting winnings (also paid in Stake Cash) may be eligible to be redeemed for cryptocurrency prizes, subject to our redemption rules and playthrough requirements.

3. Verification and KYC (Know Your Customer)

To comply with US anti-money laundering (AML) laws and sweepstakes regulations, we employ a strict KYC verification process.

Before you are permitted to purchase Gold Coins, participate in sweepstakes gameplay with Stake Cash, or request a prize redemption, you must successfully verify your identity. This process requires the submission of a valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver's License or Passport) and may require a facial biometric scan and proof of residential address. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or source of funds.

4. Purchasing Gold Coins

If you choose to purchase Gold Coin packages to enhance your social gameplay, the following terms apply:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• You must only use payment methods (credit cards, bank accounts, or crypto wallets) that are legally registered in your own, verified name. Using third-party payment methods is prohibited.
• If a purchase is subject to a chargeback, dispute, or reversal, your account will be immediately suspended, and we reserve the right to void any associated virtual currency balances.

5. Prize Redemptions

Players who accumulate eligible Stake Cash winnings may request to redeem them for cryptocurrency prizes.

• Playthrough: All Stake Cash obtained (whether through bonuses or mail-in requests) must be played through at least three times (3x multiplier) on the platform before it becomes eligible for redemption.
• Minimums: Redemptions are subject to minimum withdrawal limits, which fluctuate based on the chosen cryptocurrency and network fees. These minimums will be displayed in the cashier.
• Maximums: In accordance with local sweepstakes laws, residents of Florida and New York are subject to a maximum redemption limit of $5,000 per single sweepstakes play/spin. We also reserve the right to limit daily redemption requests.

6. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to interact with the games or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in syndicate play.
• Attempting to use the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Selling, trading, or transferring your account or virtual currency to another individual.
• Masking your IP address using VPNs or proxies to bypass geographic restrictions.

7. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our live support team or utilizing the self-exclusion tools in your account settings.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if we suspect you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your account has remained inactive (no logins) for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SWEEPSTEAKS LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.

9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the breach thereof, or your use of the Stake.us platform shall be settled by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court. You and Sweepsteaks Limited agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the services following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
